================================================================
1) AI RECEPTIONIST / ANSWERING SCRIPT (24/7 call or SMS)
================================================================
Goal: capture the job fast, then hand a hot lead to a human. Keep it SHORT.

Greeting: "Thanks for calling [BUSINESS]. I can get you booked or have [OWNER] call
you right back. First — is this an emergency (no water, no power, no heat/AC)?"

If EMERGENCY → collect fast and flag urgent:
  1. Name
  2. Phone number (confirm)
  3. Service address
  4. What's happening
  → "Got it. [OWNER] will call within [X] minutes. You're marked urgent."

If NOT emergency → capture + offer slot:
  1. Name, phone, address
  2. Service needed
  3. Preferred day/time
  → "I've booked a tentative slot for [DAY/TIME]. [OWNER] will confirm shortly."

Rules for the AI:
- Never quote a firm price on complex jobs — give a rough range with a disclaimer,
  owner confirms final price.
- Always collect address + phone + issue.
- Text the owner a summary immediately.

================================================================
2) MISSED-CALL AUTO-SMS (send instantly when a call is missed)
================================================================
"Hi, this is [BUSINESS] — sorry we missed you, we're on a job. Reply with your
ADDRESS and what you need and we'll call back within 15 min. For emergencies reply URGENT."

================================================================
3) TOP-10 CANNED RESPONSES (fill in your specifics)
================================================================
1. Pricing: "Most [service] jobs run $__–$__. I can lock an exact quote after a quick look."
2. Availability: "Earliest I have is [DAY]. Want me to hold it?"
3. Service area: "We cover [areas]. What's your zip/postcode?"
4. Callout fee: "Callout is $__, waived if you book the work."
5. Emergency: "Yes, we do emergencies — what's happening right now?"
6. How long: "Typical [service] takes about [time]."
7. Warranty: "Work is guaranteed for [period]."
8. Payment: "We take [methods]. Deposit of __% for [job type]."
9. Reschedule: "No problem — here are the next open slots: ___."
10. Follow-up on quote: "Just checking in on the quote I sent for [job]. Want to book?"

================================================================
4) QUOTE TEMPLATE + AI DRAFT PROMPT
================================================================
Job: ______  Address: ______  Date: ______
Scope of work:
-
Materials (est.): $____
Labor (est. __ hrs @ $__): $____
Callout: $____
Total estimate: $____ (valid __ days; final price confirmed on site)

AI helper: "Draft a customer-friendly quote from these notes using the template above.
Keep it clear, add the on-site-confirmation disclaimer. Notes: [PASTE]"

================================================================
5) SPEED-TO-LEAD TARGET  (measure weekly)
================================================================
Target: first response < 10 min during work hours; < 30 min after hours (auto-reply counts).
Track: for every new enquiry, log (time received) and (time first replied). Median = your number.

================================================================
6) MAINTENANCE / WIN-BACK REMINDERS  (recurring revenue)
================================================================
Set a reminder per service cycle:
- HVAC: 6 months → "Time for your seasonal tune-up."
- Water heater / plumbing check: 12 months.
- Gutter/roof: seasonal.
Message: "Hi [NAME], it's [BUSINESS]. You're due for [service] on [equipment] we serviced
in [month]. Want me to book you in? Reply YES."

All prices/times are placeholders — set your own. Measure before you invest.
