================================================================
1) SOW — "OUT OF SCOPE" TABLE (paste into every proposal/SOW)
================================================================
This engagement INCLUDES the deliverables listed above. The following are
OUT OF SCOPE and billed separately as a change order:

| Item | Not included | Rate if requested |
|------|--------------|-------------------|
| Extra revision rounds | Beyond 2 rounds/deliverable | $___/round |
| New deliverable types | Not listed in scope | $___ or hourly |
| Rush turnaround | < 48h | +__% |
| Additional stakeholders | Beyond 1 approver | hourly |
| Scope changes | New goals/channels | new SOW |

Revision limit: __ rounds per deliverable. Additional rounds billed at $__/hr.
Any request outside this scope requires a signed change order before work starts.

================================================================
2) CHANGE-ORDER LOG (Google Sheet columns)
================================================================
Date | Client | Request (from Slack/email) | Est. hours | In scope? (Y/N) | Approved? | Billed $
Rule: anything that will take > 30 min and is not in the SOW → log a row BEFORE doing it.

================================================================
3) WEEKLY CLIENT REPORT — AI INTERPRETATION PROMPT
================================================================
Use after your dashboard (Looker Studio) pulls the numbers. Paste the metrics table, then:

"You are a senior account manager. Given this week's metrics for [CLIENT] vs last week and
vs the monthly goal, write:
1. Three bullet insights (what changed and why it likely happened).
2. One recommended action for next week.
3. One risk to flag.
Be concrete, reference the numbers, no fluff. Do NOT invent data not in the table.
Metrics:
[PASTE TABLE]"

Always fact-check the numbers yourself before sending.

================================================================
4) DISCOVERY-CALL → BRIEF TEMPLATE (mandatory before work starts)
================================================================
- Objective (what success looks like):
- Audience / target:
- Deliverables (exact list):
- Out of scope:
- Acceptance criteria (definition of done):
- Deadline:
- Approver (single name):
- Assets/access needed:

AI helper: "Turn these raw call notes into the brief template above. Flag anything missing."

================================================================
5) PRE-SEND QA CHECKLIST (run before every deliverable goes out)
================================================================
[ ] Correct client name & brand everywhere
[ ] Correct reporting period / dates
[ ] All data fields populated (no blanks/placeholders)
[ ] Numbers match the source dashboard
[ ] Matches the agreed deliverable list (no scope creep given away)
[ ] Consistent tone & formatting
[ ] Next steps / recommendation included
[ ] Approver + deadline noted

================================================================
6) INVOICE FOLLOW-UP SEQUENCE (automate in your accounting tool)
================================================================
Day 0 (due): "Invoice #___ is due today — here's the link."
Day +3: friendly nudge.
Day +7: firmer, restate terms.
Day +14: pause new work until cleared (per contract).
Set these as automatic reminders in QuickBooks/Xero so you never chase by hand.
